3.1 General Conditions Requirement

All full refunds or replacements are subject to the below condition(s):

  • Items were purchased from our website. (www.electronicsfrontier.com)
  • An RMA request email is sent and received by us within 14 days upon the delivery of order.
  • Items are in brand new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories and other material(s)), unless it is faulty or DOA. These are some determinants of how we determine brand new condition. This includes:
  • Items must be handed to an organized courier or shipped to our authorized center within 14 days of RMA ticket approval.
  • a copy of your receipt/invoice.
  • a copy of your return authorization number (RMA Number) and form.
  • the manufacturer packaging
  • Original screen protector film has not been peeled off
  • Accessories packaging has not been damaged

Please note: A restocking fee up to 30 GBP will be deducted from your refund amount if the return does not meet the condition(s) specified above.

-Electronics Frontier reserves the right to process all returns at their sole discretion. Any decision made by or their authorized representative are final.

Return or Exchange (14 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy)

Electronics Frontier offers all customers 14 days money back guarantee. We want all our customers to shop with confidence and peace of mind at electronicsfrontier.com.

All customers can exercise the right to return a merchandise and opt for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving the merchandise.

As long as you fulfill all conditions outlined in Term and Condition page, point 3.1, you will be approved of a return. Upon approval, you will have to organize the shipment of your complete package (refer to 3.1 above for details) and have the item(s) returned to our Hong Kong warehouse. When we receive the product and inspection is passed, the refund or exchange will be processed.

However, you will be liable to the return shipping fee and an admin fee of 30GBP deducted from your refund. A restocking fee could be applied if you return the item to us with any miss accessories.

Exclusions

  • Headphones, Earphones and Personal Care Products like Shavers are not covered under this policy due to health and hygiene issues.
  • Please note that any Apple products that has been be activated due to quality checking or exporting requirements would not be eligible for return for a replacement under our 14 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy as the item is brand new and original.


Return of a Faulty Item, DOA Item
If your product is faulty or dead on arrival (DOA) within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, you are definitely eligible for a return.

As long as you fulfill all conditions in Term and Condition page, point 3.1. outlined above, you will be approved for a return. Upon approval, you will have to organize a courier to pick up your complete package (refer to 3.1 above for details) and have item(s) returned to a UK service address (for both UK and Ireland orders). Once we receive the product and inspection is passed, the refund or exchange will be processed. Electronics Frontier reserves the right to replace the faulty item with an item that is refurbished to a brand-new condition.

Fees? - Of course there are no admin fees in this situation.


Return of a Wrongly Delivered Item

If we deliver the wrong products, you are entitled to a return under this clause. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise and you may opt for a return or exchange.                        

As long as you fulfill all conditions in Term and Condition page, point 3.1. outlined above, you will be approved of a return. Upon approval, you will have to organize a courier to pick up your complete package (refer to Term and Condition page, point 3.1  for details) and have item(s) returned to a UK service address(for both UK and Ireland orders). Once we receive the product and inspection is passed, the refund or exchange will be processed, and the return shipping fee will also be reimbursed to you after the related invoice is provided.

Fees? - Of course there are no admin fees in this situation.

 

Missing Items

If you find your package is missing an item or your product is missing an accessory upon recipient of goods within 48 hours, please contact our customer support and we will open a courier case to investigate the issue and the investigation could take up to 5 working weeks before a resolution is provided.

 

Further Notes

  1. If an item is returned in an acceptable condition as per the conditions stated in Term and Condition page, point 3.1, a restocking fee of 30GBP will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount.
  2. You must take reasonable care of the items, accessories and manufacturer packaging when returning them to ensure that they are in original and undamaged condition.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse a return and also deem an item to have been mishandled in accordance to our warranty policy.
  4. If a return is deemed unacceptable and refused, the customer must pay us return shipping fee to have the product shipped back to them.
  5. If you provide us with pictures as soon as possible this would ensure the process of approval to be much more efficient.
  6. Unfortunately, as no insurance will be applied, we are not responsible for any physical loss or damage of the merchandise during return transit. If you would prefer you could send it to our nominated service center with insured post at your cost.
  7. Due to the nature of Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) we only offer returns if:
  • 5 or more dead/bright pixels in any position
  • 3 or more dead/bright pixels within 3mm of one another.

You must provide us as much information in the form as possible, such as images, detailed descriptions, order information, etc.

After you submit the form, we will get back to you in most circumstances within 24 – 72 working hours.
