How to request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To request an RMA, please contact our customer service
You must provide us as much information in the form as possible, such as images, detailed descriptions, order information, etc.
After you submit the form, we will get back to you in most circumstances within 24 – 72 working hours.

- Items were purchased from our website. (www.electronicsfrontier.com)
- An RMA request email is sent and received by us within 14 days upon the delivery of the order.
- Items must be handed to an organized courier or shipped to our authorized center within 14 days of RMA ticket approval.
- a copy of your receipt/invoice.
- a copy of your return authorization number (RMA Number) and form.
- Items are in brand new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories and other material(s)), unless it is faulty or DOA.
These are some determinants of how we determine brand new condition. This includes:
- the manufacturer packaging
- Original screen protector film has not been peeled off
- Accessories packaging has not been damaged
- The customer has to provide the tracking number after return the product (It is the only way for us to chase your parcel)
Headphones, Earphones and Personal Care Products like Shavers are not covered under this policy due to health and hygiene issues.
