You can track your order online at my account page, or via the courier specified in your order confirmation email.
Our Business Days and Hours
Electronics Frontier Support teamwork from Monday to Friday for 8 business hours. Otherwise, you may submit a ticket. Our support team will reply to you as soon as possible, normally within one to three working days.
On public holidays of Hong Kong, Electronics Frontier office, customer service center and warehouse will be closed. You can still place your order at electronicsfrontier.com, and we will process your order immediately on the next business day.
For one day ahead of the public holidays, Electronics Frontier will have a notification on-page to make sure you are aware of this matter.
